I don't drive so I have always walked everywhere. I can't say much for other people but walking has always helped me whether it's to head for a certain place or to randomly see where my legs would carry me. It helps to step out of that situation and assess it and it's good for your physical health too.i’m pretty sure that it also releases a chemical in your brain when you exercise but don't quote me on that..
You as a person will only know after ypu give it a go. Even if its half an hour give it a try and see how you go. |
