| I completed an internship as an office manager in dentistry and got this place. My first assignment from the chef is to find on the Internet and order a new attachment for an ultrasonic scaler. I know what it looks like, I have the name of the brand and model that I need to buy, but if I order it, I will exceed our budget for buying new equipment for the clinic.
