From time to time, we get questions from our customers asking how to set up their oven when it arrives. Each Fontana oven arrives fully assembled; however, if you purchased a cart, it does require some assembly. This video shows you the quickest and easiest way to assemble the cart. In this video, we show you how to assemble the cart for the wood-fired Marinara pizza oven from Fontana Forni. The cart assembly process is the same for the wood-fired and gas versions of the Margherita, Mangiafuoco, & Marinara models.
How to assemble a pizza oven from Fontana Forni:
• To begin, get a Phillips screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver.
• Make sure the box has the following components: two legs with wheels (for the back), two legs without wheels (for the front), four supports, the bottom shelf, and a bag of loose parts. The bag of loose parts should have two handles, two handle stops, a tool holder, a bag of large screws, and a bag of small screws.
