He began his career as a staff accountant with Manhattan Laminates, then moved on to a major housing complex, where he became payroll manager and assistant to the chief financial officer. At the housing complex, Eric Greenfield played a key role in the development of an annual operating budget and served as the go-to professional for matters of employee compensation.
In late 2011, Eric Greenfield moved on to a position with major pharmaceutical and medical device company as accounting and payroll manager. There, he oversaw compensation for domestic and international team members while managing employee reimbursements and incentive options. He also successfully directed the transition to a new payroll and benefits system, which resulted in an annual savings of up to $20,000 and an improvement in processing efficiency.
