For all projects, the guarantor(s) must be good financially, with demonstratible income, proportionate net worth and liquidity. For purchase, the guarantor(s) must have 35 to 40% to bring to the deal in the form of cash.
The minimum loan amount is $500,000.
In the current market, the LTV for purchase or refinance is 65% maximum.
