Richard G. Glogau, M.D. is a clinical professor of dermatology at the University of California San Francisco and is recognized worldwide as an expert in the treatment of the aging face. He is the developer of the Glogau Photoaging Classification, widely known as “The Glogau Wrinkle Scale”, which has become the standard evaluation scale used by physicians world-wide to treat frown lines, wrinkles, and sun damage. Dr. Glogau is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and is Board Certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology. As an active member of the clinical faculty at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and formerly director of the post-doctoral fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Glogau has trained dermatologic surgeons from the all over the world.
In 2017, Dr. Glogau was selected by US News & World Report as one of the top 1% of all dermatologists in the US.
