I'm Dr. Parveen Goel, Keynote Speaker at the HRM Conference and Director of Engineering and Projects at Canada Post, with a passion for solving complex business challenges and leading innovation. With years of experience in the supply chain and automotive industries, I’ve successfully launched new plants and products, and I enjoy teaching and mentoring future leaders. I also teach Operations Management at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. I hold a Ph.D. from WSU Detroit, an MBA from UBC, and certifications as a Professional Engineer, PMP, and Six Sigma Black Belt. I'm dedicated to community service as President-elect of the Rotary Club of Surrey and as a board member of PICS.
