One of the most popular comparisons customers make when picking a CRM is Salesforce vs. Microsoft Dynamics 365. There are many services available when it comes to customer relationship management software but these two providers stand out above the rest. These two CRMs are both respectable options, especially for larger firms.
Many of the functions offered by Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics are the same or very comparable, including lead and case management, sales forecasting, reporting, analytics, and email connectivity.
