| Here is what our typical day porter service encompasses:
• Remove all visible trash and debris along the building's wall lines.
• Pick-up trash and debris around all dumpster areas.
• Alert and coordinate with property manager's approval the removal of illegally dumped items.
• Remove all loose trash and debris from surrounding grass areas.
• Remove all visible trash and debris from shrubs and landscape.
• Remove all visible trash and debris from property's entrance and exit ways.
• Remove all trash and debris from landscaped islands and property curbing
