| Here is what our typical day porter service encompasses, broken down by area, on a retail shopping commercial property:
Rear of Center:
•Remove all visible trash and debris along the building's wall lines.
•Pick-up trash and debris around all dumpster areas.
•Alert and coordinate with property manager's approval the removal of illegally dumped items.
Perimeter of Property:
•Remove all loose trash and debris from surrounding grass areas.
•Remove all visible trash and debris from shrubs and landscape.
•Remove all visible trash and debris from property's entrance and exit ways.
•Remove all trash and debris from landscaped islands and property curbing
