A dirty parking lot is an eye sore for the people visiting or living and working at your facility. Foreign objects like sand, dirt, paper, plastic, and other discarded items will shorten the life of your asphalt pavement. Removing these objects is important because if left unattended, these substances can have a deteriorating effect on your parking lots sealcoating & line striping. Additionally, leaving trash and other debris on the ground in your parking lot can also clog storm drains causing standing water issues as well as pollute the local water supply.
