Since February 2012, Charles Clement has worked as president and chief executive officer for the Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) located in Juneau. He brought with him more than 20 years of experience working in health-care operations. At this firm, he works closely with the organization’s board members to establish company objectives. Responsible for the management of the health-care firm, Charles Clement has increased revenue significantly since taking his position with SEARHC.
Before joining SEARHC, Charles Clement spent 13 years at the Southcentral Foundation. He worked his way up from special assistant to the president to vice president and chief operating officer (COO). In his position as COO, he collaborated with executive management teams and developed and executed performance plans.
Charles Clement earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Northern Arizona University. He earned a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Alaska and participated in executive leadership programs at Indian Health Services and Harvard Business School.
