Flag Of Suriname |
|
The National Flag of Suriname was officially taken on November 25, 1975. The flag has been planned by Jacques Herman Pinas. It highlights five inconsistent even groups of green (top, twofold width), white, red (fourfold width), white, and green (twofold width). A huge, yellow, five-pointed star is focused in the red band. The red variety represents progress and love. The green tone represents trust and ripeness. The white variety connotes harmony, equity, and opportunity. |
