Bricolage Behavioral Health (BBH) provides a supportive environment for children and adolescents ages 7 to 18 that enables them to achieve the best versions of themselves. BBH is a full day program integrating the latest in evidenced-based techniques that are specifically designed to teach resilience through diverse therapeutic modalities including individual, family, art, pet, and recreational therapies with oversight by a psychiatrist. Children and teens struggle with mental health issues just like adults. However, the good news is that, if caught early, they can be addressed before developing into life-long problems. Bricolage Behavioral set out with the mission to serve those in need in Flower Mound and on Dallas' Northwest side. We take a holistic approach to mental health, substance abuse, and addiction, ensuring that each individual going through our program has their physical, mental, and emotional needs met. This is why we also offer school and family support. No child or teen exists in a vacuum. Their entire environment must be brought into the therapeutic program to achieve the best outcomes. We recognize that family plays an integral part of the dynamics at work in a young person's life as they will be the primary supports once an individual leaves our care. This is why we provide families with the tools and resources families need to help their loved one both during and after our program.
