As a senior human resources project manager, Brent Kreller leads human capital initiatives and works to maximize value and efficiency. Currently, he works in project management at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in its HR People, Programs & Policy unit. Prior to taking on that position, Brent Kreller demonstrated his expertise in human resources at Concordia General Hospital, where he engaged in strategic-planning initiatives and worked to coordinate the human resource services for a staff of 1,300 hospital personnel.
In addition his experience in human resources strategy development, Mr. Kreller has expertise in areas such as payroll, benefits, and occupational health. Additionally, he has worked to manage organizational recruitment and selection activities, as well as efforts to improve staff retention. By drawing upon his knowledge of these key areas when developing human resources policies, Brent Kreller has been able to achieve positive results.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Kreller has also worked to continue his education and training. He has attended various professional summits, leadership events, and training courses in interpersonal conflict resolution and internal investigations.
