Audi India
Luxury car makers Audi India is optimistic about selling 1 Lakh units by the end of the ongoing decade.
This is reasoned by a robust economic growth and high mobility between cities thanks to the ever-improving road infrastructure. Audi India is set to post a record growth in the current year.
This in general is expected to be another good year for the sale of luxury cars in the country and previous records are set to be broken. Four years back over 41,000 luxury cars were sold.
It's to be noted that Audi has stopped selling diesel cars since 2020. And the company says it could have sold more units if not for the disruption in the supply chain that includes semiconductors in the recent past.
Audi sales will get a boost by the re-launch of its popular models such as Audi Q3. And already the company is struggling to meet new demands.
Electric vehicles are making strong inroads into the Indian market with a rise in the number of charging facilities. Vehicle makers as well as private parties are contributing to the growth of the latter. Audi has plans to take advantage of this and is gearing up to come up with more green vehicles than ever before.
