1. Know your Audience: Call the person who scheduled your interview and ask,
- Who will be interviewing you? (Know them by their names and position)
- How many rounds of interviews?
- What are the expectations of the organization to fill the role interviewing for?
- Ask for the dress code (if you are not sure)
- If you don’t have a detailed job description, ask for one
- Ask for the route directions and understand better
- Keep a phone number to call if you get stuck in traffic
2. Do your homework!
- Research about the company and position
- Understand the future goals and plans of the company
- Be ready to talk positive in depth about the industry, the organization, and the position you are applying for
- Connect with the current employees to know more about the company culture and expectations
