Here are some of the new features and things going on at Storeboard.com:
1. Home Page - We have redone our homepage to feature your businesses and your photos, videos, blogs, products and classified ads. Everyone can view the latest postings and the most popular postings on the home page. The more you post on your Storeboard profile the more exposure your business will get. Check out the Home Page as soon as you get a chance and more importantly update your profile today!
2. Passwords - Everyone's password has been verified and you should be able to log onto your Storeboard account. If you can't for any reason then please contact me directly at [email protected] or call: (800) 221-5040 and I'm happy to help! For your information, we have simplified the sign-up process and we are only requiring sign-up now if you want to post to the site. Please log on today and start using your account and promoting your business.
3. Tag Line: Storeboard is now called: "The Social Media Site For Business." Believe it or not there is very little competition. Some of the similar sites were built many years ago and really don't do what Storeboard does. Storeboard is designed to make it easy for you to showcase your business, products and offerings for Free! We believe that we provide the best way for you to do that and everything you post on Storeboard can be shared on other Social Media sites such as Facebook and Twitter which we encourage you to use. Unlike these other sites, we put the emphasis on your business not your personality.
4. Marketing Your Business: We are now starting to assist our members with marketing their business. Please log onto Promote Your Business On Storeboard! to learn more about how we can help you market your business. We will also be offering posting services which we will announce in the next week or so. After we make your profile on Storeboard look great, we will post the information to other sites to get your phone ringing! The packages will start at $10 and you can customize what we do to your needs. We are sure that you are going to really like it and find this a great way to promote your business.
5. Justin Freedman: Justin Freedman has recently joined Storeboard as our first salesperson. He is a graduate of University of Connecticut who majored in English. He also provided the play by play for the Men's and Women's Basketball teams. Justin may be giving you a call soon to see how you are doing with Storeboard and to see what we can do to help you get more customers and business.
6. Paul Jacobs: Paul Jacobs is our wonderful programmer who puts in about 75 hours per week. He never stops trying to improve the site and respond to all of the inquiries from our members. You can reach out to him from the home screen (look in the lower right hand corner) most days during business hours if you need to reach him or ask any questions about the site.
7. How Can We Help You? - Let us know what you need. If you need any help with promoting your business or your Storeboard profile, please don't hesitate to ask us. The more effort you put into your profile and networking, the more your business and confidence will grow.
Thanks for being a part of the Storeboard community! We are trying to reach 1,000 members by the end of May so any help you can provide in terms of sending out invitations and telling your friends would be greatly appreciate it. You can invite your friends and anyone who invites more than 50 people will get a free custom video for your business - just let me know! You can invite your friends by logging into your Storeboard account. Go to "Your Storeboard" then clicking on "Friends", followed by "Invite Friends to Join"
