Therapy and Brushing Your Teeth Do you know how self care is JUST like brushing your teeth? You gotta do it every day. [Multiple times a day is even better....] This is why I recommend folks work with someone if they want to really see a change in their life. We need a partner to help us stay consistent. This is not necessary because I expect people to fail...it's cuz the subconscious fights change and since it's 10X stronger than your conscious [which WANTS the change], GUESS WHO'S GONNA WIN? It's simple logic. SO, Storeboard friends...if you want such a partner, count me in. I'm very serious about this, and I'm taking a limited number of people FREE OF CHARGE who know what they want and simply seek that "check-in" person.
