Foster + Partners has revealed the design for a new mixed-use development in the northern end of the central London high street. The project, which goes by the name The William after William Whiteley, the founder of the renowned Whiteleys, has six floors of office space, retail space, and 32 new homes, 11 of which will be affordable. The William, a new mixed-use construction that will transform the northern end of Queensway in Bayswater, London, has also received planning approval.
