The smok morph kit is a combination of the new Morph 219 mod and the TF2019 sub-ohm tank.
It’s being marketed as a “New Classic” by Smok, which as we know just means it looks like many of their other devices that have come before, but with a slight tweak.
I’d say this looks like the 2019 version of the Smok Alien, complete with side fire bar and colored plastic frame around the screen, but with an added resin back panel.
The most updated and standout feature of the device is the new 1.9″ touchscreen, which includes a touch keyboard so you can set a password and protect your mod from being used by other vapers.
The Morph 219 is a dual 18650 device, voopoo drag nano pod and as you might have guessed by the name is capable of firing at a maximum of 219W. It comes with the new IQ-S chipset and will be full of the board of features with both variable wattage and temperature control. In the full kit, you get the new TF2019 tank included. Again there are no drastic new design changes here just a slight tweak for 2019.
It does, however, come with a new range of coils and you get two in the kit. There are called the mesh BF coil and are 0.25-ohm, and use antibacterial medical cotton for the wick material.
They also feature a plug and pull design. The Morph 219 kit comes in 5 color combinations – Black/Red, Gold/Black, Prism Blue/Black, Prism Chrome/Black, and 7-Colour/Black.There’s not too much too excited about here. It just seems Smok are up to their usual marketing antics of re-hashing devices with one new feature.
And I’m not really sure a password-protecting feature is something that people are going to use, I know I wouldn’t. But I guess it has its merits from a safety perspective.
Also, the use of antibacterial medical cotton in the new coils sounds a bit suspicious to me. I’m sure it will have no benefit on your vape experience, and I’m sure in time you’ll hear others more experienced than me to comment on the that.u2022eney7485yyWEEEEDD
