Business analyst with SQL and Reinsurance domain Charlotte, NC & saint Louis, MO Contract
Job Description: • Performing data entry of invoicing transactions to Microsoft Solomon and preparation of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Invoice data entry and strong sql experience required • Proactively testing data in the company's software to repair billing errors with reinsurance clients in US Staffing. • Validating invoice data for accuracy prior to release and in accordance with contract terms • Completing all data reporting, reviews and validation on schedule to ensure timely and accurate billing for this UNLV JOBS. • Analyze client invoicing requirements and generate custom excel-based invoice templates and system generated invoices on a daily basis for various engineering and construction contracts • Communicate with Operations management throughout the process to ensure timely receipt of data and submission of invoices • Review billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy • Oversee and participate in Billing and Accounts Receivable functions • This is Corp to corp jobs in USA and Work with Senior Accountant and Office Manager on a daily basis
