Small, electric water heater $160 - $180 (In one property, I bought a small one that would accommodate the no more than, count 'em, "two" people that should have been living in the rental property.) Just remember, sell junk car don't have to buy everything "new." They know me well at the local junk and salvage yards in my area and I saved a bundle on things like doors and windows. I have bought and sold thousands of junk cars, and just to be honest about it, several of the cars I have bought, were not "junk cars" at all. The owner simply wanted to get rid of the car, so to the owner it was a junk car, however for me buying it, definitely NOT a junk car! On many occasions I have immediately sold the car for somewhere between 2-3 times what I had paid for it in mere minutes of the transaction.

Cleaner air. Note that we do not claim that EVs have zero environmental impacts. All vehicles and manufactured machines in general put some dent in the environmental fabric. However, EVs are cleaner than gas powered rigs, the carbon argument notwithstanding. It is argued that if the source of electricity is coal fired power plants that you are just moving the pollution from one place to another. This can be shown to be correct in some cases, but overall it is a lame attempt to resist improvement.
Contacting an auto recycling company is typically more convenient and preferred more than doing it yourself. Even recycle guys who scraps cars often times get cash for junk cars from one of these services.
In general, it's a bad idea to simply wander around a junk yard. Find out first where the items you are looking for are and then go directly there. If the property is fairly large, you may need directions to reach a specific spot. Ask an employee for directions or to guide you to the area you need to reach.
Get online. First things first -- you'll want to determine what the value of your car is. Even if it isn't running or has some major problems, it could be worth a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Check with Kelley Blue Book or NADAGuides to find out what your car is worth.
If you car auction websites, you can begin your search for the car that you want. It really isn't that hard to find the car of your choice. Simply sign up and search the auction directory listings in your area that they provide in order to start the bidding process. Auctions will usually start at around 100.00 so the starting prices are cheap. This really is a good way to get a cheap quality car without going through the hassle and razzle dazzle of an auto dealership.
