How a massage therapy benefits the body? |

Benefits of massage Massage has been practiced for millennia for its relaxing, healing and preventive virtues. Indeed, in addition to facilitating the circulation of fluids, it can stimulate the body's natural functions to preserve their integrity, maintain them and sometimes relieve disorders. It is accessible to all, can be done on any part of the body and everyone can enjoy it. And what is beautiful in the massage center is that it is adaptable to oneself and to others, in intensity, in duration and in relation to the desired goal. Because you obviously do not massage a child, as you would massage a senior, an athlete, or your spouse. You will also not massage a person to relieve a headache as you would massage a person who would like to relax after a long day of work. There is an infinity of cases, and everyone can perform an appropriate massage. Massage brings well-being and helps relieve fatigue, anxiety, sadness, pain but also to promote love, friendship, support... I could spend hours telling you how massage allowed me to unlock complex emotional situations or sublimate intimate moments. I have grouped the benefits of massage into three distinct categories that I will detail now. The benefits of massage on the body: By stimulating the muscles as well as reducing the stress, the massage influences very positively many problems that we meet very often during our life.
Benefits of massage on the psychological state: The effects on psychological well-being are ultimately only the logical consequences of the benefits I have given you in the preceding paragraphs. A tired and poorly maintained body will be harder to set in motion and get tired much faster. All this energy deployed to make it work properly is slowly draining the mind, making every action and decision more and more complicated. The human body is the vehicle that transports our consciousness. Thus, the body and the mind are closely related. When morale is not there, everything seems difficult, the least task requires considerable effort. When you are hurt or sick, unless you have a steel mind, the mood is often sullen and the thoughts are not pleasant. I will give you a non-exhaustive list of the beneficial psychological consequences that massage can engender if it is practiced regularly.
