In order to see long term results make a gradual development plan which will help you reach to your target step by step. 4) Avoid Checking Weight Everyday – We are always curious to know how many pounds we lost in the last 24 hours, but our body is not a simple mechanism that could show consistent results. Checking weight regularly reduces our motivation and gives you negative feeling. It is better to check your weight once in a week or once in 15 days to see actual progress.
