The final half a century from the twentieth century have already been a time period of unprecedented growth and transformation. Today - which began in January 1, 2001 and will also be ended in December 31, 2100 - we are going to experience much more unprecedented changes. These changes also created an epidemic we came to call STRESS.
Many of us know whenever we are stressed. The body start to exhibit symptoms which are stress-related. How can you tell when something is wrong? Here are a few types of what goes on whenever we are overstressed.
* Irritability
* Tension headaches
* A pounding heart
* Inability to concentrate on the job available
* Increase in blood pressure level, which might cause sudden outbursts of anger
* Lack of ability to sleep
* Sudden pension for food
* Lethargy
* Neck and shoulder pain
* Fright and flight syndrome
* Panic and anxiety attacks
* Restlessness
These a few of the symptoms associated with stress. The body is screaming to you to decelerate. While there are several who thrive on stress to finish a significant project at the office in the end has been said and done they may be left totally exhausted. The cost paid is just too high.
Your body is a fantastic machine that instantly alerts you if you have an issue. Ignoring it or attributing it to another thing could be a mistake.
