The most effective exercise after pregnancy is pelvic floor exercise. The pelvic floor muscles help in supporting the bladder, bowels, uterus, and other pelvic organs. During pregnancy the muscle of the pregnant women get stretch, which is considered to be the cause of stress. An inability to control the flow of urine from the bladder is termed as stress incontinence which can result in the leakage of urine. Therefore, pelvic floor exercises helps in reducing the risk of stress incontinence.
