In our opinion, yes, cancer treatments are improving. When we worked as a medical physicist in the departments of radiation oncology, we thought that the treatments being offered were the best at that time for the patient. We spent years researching cancer, cancer treatments, and alternatives to the standard of care. Based on our research, we applied many of the natural cancer-fighting methods we learned to other disease conditions, and discovered that they worked very effectively when applied properly. Cancer is not well understood or managed at the moment, and cancer overdiagnosis is widespread. In other words, people are being diagnosed with cancer for conditions that aren't actually - or yet - cancer. The treatment options most often presented to patients are chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. In our review of available research studies, we discovered that there are many ways to reverse illnesses including cancer. We personally have applied natural methods in our patients and one of our elderly lady patient is now off of about 20 prescription pills she took daily for decades. Her past doctor had never seen diabetes type II, high blood pressure, arthritis, high cholesterol, and memory loss reversed like that before in his career. We've achieved the same results on ourself with arthritis. So yes, in our opinion, the same principles apply to all illnesses. Determine what is causing it, remove those underlying factors, and rebuild and repair with a proper diet, an individualized, anti-inflammatory diet. Correct the underlying nutritional deficiencies and work your way towards recovering your health. Many people have done it. What we discovered and use(d) were powerful natural substances - herbs, nutrients, omega 3 fatty acids, superfoods, probiotics, many vitamins (such as D3), and hormone balancing. All helped to repair, balance, and rebuild the body. Each illness requires an individualized approach because each person has different underlying biological differences. There is no magic bullet but we strongly believe in the ability of the body to heal itself once the biological terrain is sufficiently corrected. We therefore always think outside of the box when it comes to treatment for any illness. We find people who have cured the condition and investigate as thoroughly as we can. In the 1970s, there were three competing theories about what causes normal cells to turn cancerous: viruses, chemicals in the environmental, and our genes. Then the most common treatment was using chemotherapy to kill cancer cells – which unavoidably also kills non-cancerous cells. However, it had severe side effects, and some did not survive. A decade later, advances in our understanding, improved detection and diagnosis, as well as chemotherapy found to be more effective in combination with surgeries which greatly benefited patients.
