Astrology (Greek astron - the star and logos - the teaching) is a unique system of knowledge of the Cosmos, nature and man in their evolutionary movement. Following the traces of human activity that have reached us, it is assumed that sky observations began already in the Lower Paleolithic, at the same time the seasons of the year were singled out. Laplace, who studied astrology knowledge by purely mathematical methods, wrote that this knowledge is at least 25-30 thousand years old. It is believed that astrology is based on the idea that every moment is unique in its deepest manifestations, but by studying the features of the correlation of moments of time and space, it is possible to determine the trends of the subsequent development of certain phenomena, events, objects. In addition, astrology supports the hermetic idea of ??similarity, identities, which in turn means that the whole world is a single system, the parts of which are closely interconnected, and the whole system is subject to common rhythms and cycles that have their own individual manifestations. This algorithm is also influenced by the sub position (solar sign). Thus, the cycles of planetary motion, the development of biological objects are subjected to the action of the same natural forces and laws. In these cycles, astrology describes twelve parts, associating their characteristics with the zodiacal symbolism. By studying these cycles, it is possible to predict the unique features of a particular point in time, the root causes of events and their further development. According to ancient teachings, the planets and stars are the letters of the universal alphabet of the interconnection of the micro and macrocosm. They are used as a visual model of the world, allowing to comprehend global processes and the projection of the influence of these processes on the Earth. Along with astrological omens, the so-called horoscope astrology (personal astrology) is widely known, which in turn is based on the ideas of free choice of a person’s destiny, variants of which are laid down in the birth chart (horoscope). Any chain of events can be interrupted or destroyed by the free will of man. The cautionary information gives a person the right to choose which may lead to a particular development of events. Scientists believe that the first records of the horoscope (the most ancient texts of the Avesta, burned by Macedonian when conquering Persia) were the basis of the Zoroastrian religion. The planetary circle was divided into 12 arches of 30 degrees, each of which corresponded allegorical (zodiac) symbolism. Accordingly, the birth of people and their character traits are differentiated into 12 calendar segments. The popularity gained horoscopes, in which the fate of a person signs on the time and place of birth. Zodiac signs are classified into four groups of elements: fire, earth, water, air. By the strength of the expression of internal zodiac qualities, three groups of signs are distinguished: weak (Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini, Virgo), medium (Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius, Taurus) and strong (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn). Astrology in ancient times was one of the main components of the mysteries of the mystery. So one of the manifestations of astrological ritual was, for example, a round dance, imitating the path of the planets. The mythological school interpreted many works of world culture through the astrological prism. In particular, the Bible is deciphered as an astrological description. The twelve apostles are interpreted as 12 months, 30 pieces of silver - 30 days of the month, Christ is the sun, his Christmas is the solstice, etc.
