When you have a friend who counts her calories with each bite, you are not left with much, rather than avoid her or be her nutrition companion. I tried to do both! Whenever I am with her, we always head to Subway. It can’t get healthier than this.

When it comes to drinks, you can choose iced tea rather than soft drinks, it will do a whole lot of good.
