JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your Role:
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Product Owners, System Technical Leads, and the UI/UX team to understand business requirements and design the overall user experience.
- Prototype and iterate on low and high-fidelity mockups, utilizing strong design rationale to explain functionality to cross-functional teams and incorporating their feedback.
- Evaluate requirements and customer data to translate them into comprehensive workflows, ensuring a balance between customer value and implementation effort.
- Lead UI/UX discovery activities, including ideation sessions, usability research, and detailed workflows definition, in collaboration with the UX research team and product owners.
- Create deliverables such as concept presentations, for this C2C requirements and also journey maps, wireframes, information architecture, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate solutions to various audiences.
- Drive UI/UX consistency across multiple software, unifying all UX patterns for a consistent and compelling narrative that reinforces Bio4C's brand image and also check java developer jobs in usa for support role.
- Work closely with Agile and Engineering teams to understand technical constraints and priorities, plan design sprints, communicate design specifications, and ensure quality implementation.
- Identify and troubleshoot usability problems, perform regular UI/UX audits, and build prioritized improvement plans for various applications, devices, and interfaces.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience and a degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and formal experience (7+ years of experience preferred without formal design education).
- Exceptional portfolio of UI design showcasing a wide array of design thinking and user-centered methodologies.
- Strong experience with UX design, human-centered design practices, interaction design, including usability testing and user research.
- Expert in Figma and familiar with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Prior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop recommendations.
- Experience translating complex concepts into an easy-to-understand and digestible format.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership to align processes, projects, and people to meet business goals.
- Experience working in an agile environment across cross-functional multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and take initiative to solve problems.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, multi-task environment while remaining attentive to details.
- Ability to articulate and defend your design decisions in front of business teams.
- Open to feedback with a continuous-improvement mindset.
