Motivate through rewards:-Many people are motivated by rewards. You also? I did it when i was a medical representative and these things helped me a lot. So just wanted to share it with you. Then use that. Give yourself rewards for fulfilled tasks - for example, a specific book, a Kinobesuch, a massage or a few tickets for the next sports finale. Find things you really like or do. Tell me "If I've worked through these ten files, I'll buy the CD I've been looking for." Or "If I've successfully completed this course, I'll reward myself with the new computer game." Write down, which will reward you exactly for what. And the most important thing: Never cheat yourself for your reward. What you promise you, you must also hold. Create artificial time pressureA lot of people can be motivated by a deadline. When the impression of the term becomes bigger, they can suddenly get to work without problems and with no obstacles. Use this for yourself by setting up appointments for your tasks. And not just in your quiet little room. Add such appointments to your calendar as other business days. Talk to others about it. Write the appointments to post-it notes and attach them to your wall or your PC. Do not underestimate how powerful such self-imposed appointments will be if you are serious and honest with yourself. In the case of larger projects, it is useful to divide the task into partial tasks and to arrange an appointment for each of these tasks with themselves. This prevents you from starting a task three days before your end date, which normally takes three weeks to complete.
