Electroplating equipment is used to alter the surface properties of an object. It coats a thin layer of metal to the surface of another metal by the process called electrolysis – liquid solution which serves as a chemical plating bath that contains the desired metal dissolved in the solution. This equipment may also be used to build up thickness on undersized parts or to form objects.
