When we start a new project, we select a team of excellent people who knows how to handle the project properly. If we give importance to the team built, the half of the work is done. So make sure that you get the best team beside you. Now you need to jot down the products, backups and pieces of software that you need for your project. The planning team will plan the whole thing for you and they will tell you what exactly is needed by you. So search internet and you have to go through the reports of the same projects to have an idea of the things needed by you. Use the unused one Sometimes we have a set of products ready and unused in the inventory. We do not use the product previously in any project. Sometimes we buy products for a certain project and we chalk out plans for the project. But after briefing and lots of discussions we sometimes lose the project. So the pieces of software that we have bought for the project are kept unused. So you need to make sure that whether you have any unused product in your inventory. If you have then you have to call the company of the software and ask them to prepare a report and audit the product. Know the condition of a certain product The company will tell you the condition of the product and how you can reuse it. The company will tell you the procedure of getting the product reusable. So you need to pay them a certain sum of money and your raw material for the project is ready. Make sure you know the condition of the software properly. Sometimes the project we were working on stopped at somewhere and went shelved. We stop using the product and the product is used somehow. So you need to know the usage of the software by using the software usage tracking tools. Don’t buy the same product again Make sure you know the condition of the software before you go ahead buying another piece of it. There are lots of such wonderful products available and you need to buy the best one among them for your use. You need to make sure that you end up buying the necessary ones and do not waste money on the product you already have in your shelf. So know your inventory well with the help of an internal audit.
