Schiraldi’s tenure at Deutsche Bank saw him managing European institutional sales for equity, fixed income, currencies, and commodities. He played a central role in the bank's Asset & Wealth Management division, where, as Global Head of Sales and EMEA Regional Chairman, he was instrumental in growing assets under management to €750 billion.
In 2016, Schiraldi transitioned into the entrepreneurial world, founding VIDA Holding as a family office to manage sustainable investments in technology, real estate, media, and food sectors. As CEO of VIDA Ventures FZ LLC, Schiraldi guides businesses toward achieving sustainable development goals, while also advising ENERCAP Holdings on energy-efficient technologies.
