Today’s websites must be designed for today’s users, and today’s users are viewing websites on mobile devices more often than desktops. Pew Research Center data indicates that “34% of people access the Internet predominantly from their mobile phones.” If your website isn’t mobile-friendly, or responsive to multiple devices (including smartphones, tablets and desktops), then you’re behind the times.
