Specializes In | We specialize in personal training services, injury rehabilitation, and group fitness classes. Many of our clients are elite athletes and we also work with entire sports teams to improve performance and conditioning. This has made us experts in our field and we continue to be sought out by many teams and athletes looking to get an edge over their competition. |
How We Got Started | Andrea Lawson, president and founder, graduated from UBC in 2007 with a degree in Human Kinetics Exercise Sciences. She then proceeded to begin working with clients and helping them to recover from injuries or improve athletic performance. Eventually this turned into a steady client base, new trainers brought on to staff, and a new gym in 2012. |
Favorite Part of the Business | All of our staff are passionate about helping people to be healthy and happy in their lives. We understand that in order to achieve this people need to feel both physically and mentally powerful, and that is what we help people to achieve. We want people to reach their best and go beyond better! |
Customer Can Expect | When you book your first class or appointment we will first have you in for an initial assessment. This gives us time to get to know you, discuss your health and fitness goals, as well as observe your physical fitness, movement patterns, and any strengths or weaknesses you possess. After this we give you the all clear for group classes, or we begin to design a customized personal training program for you. |
