Founded in 2008 by Sam Ketner and Nathan Brown, Auto House (AutoHouse.com) is a preowned car dealership with headquarters in Salisbury and an additional lot in Mooresville, North Carolina. Sam Ketner and Nathan Brown entered the automobile industry in 2007 when they spent time interning for local dealerships before deciding to open Auto House. A bank turned down their request for a loan, which prompted them to launch their business by selling their own vehicles and using the funds to purchase three used automobiles for resale. The company’s lots now house more than 600 new and preowned automobiles.
After its establishment, Auto House underwent two expansions, the first of which occurred in 2014 with the opening of its Mooresville, NC, location, which focuses on the sale of used vehicles. Most cars on the lot feature prices of $30,000 and below. The location also offers a complete range of repair and maintenance services through a team of certified technicians who have experience working on all types of makes and models. In 2015, the company also performed renovations on its original Salisbury, NC, location to expand the site to include a new 25,000-square-foot facility.
