Anthony W. Hawks is an attorney with a small private practice in Washington D.C. specializing in print industry law. Since he began his legal career more than 25 years ago, Mr. Hawks has practiced business law and commercial litigation with a focus on government contracts in the D.C. area. In the mid-1990s, Anthony W. Hawks put his considerable expertise to work for e-LYNXX Corporation and has developed an ongoing relationship with the company, serving in a variety of senior management positions.
e-LYNXX Corporation is a print marketing and management company in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, that has developed unique tools for print management and the automated procurement of customized goods and services. Anthony Wayne Hawks began his career with e-LYNXX as Vice President and General Counsel, and spent three years as its President. At present, Mr. Hawks is the company’s Chief Legal Officer and President of the AVS Technology Division, and is responsible for negotiating contracts, maintaining relations with government agencies, and monitoring e-LYNXX patents.
In addition to his law practice and duties at e-LYNXX, Anthony W. Hawks took on an extended political project when he co-founded Amend America in 2010. Amend America is a public policy institute focused on legal problems in the political process in the United States, specifically the role of the Supreme Court in circumventing the formal process of constitutional amendment.
