Mr. Winns’ experience extends to network user accounts and desktop workstation PC environments. He has maintained information systems and upgrades computer and mobile devices as required. Assessing network infrastructure, he undertook proactive steps that minimized the possibility of future problems arising. As help desk lead he guided a customer service-focused team and delegated tickets in ways that expedited problem-solving capacities.
Mr. Winns’ academic background includes a business administration degree earned at Old Dominion University. He majored in information systems and also completed an economics minor. His customer support lead efforts in the professional arena have earned him a Rising Star award.
