A Bellevue, Washington-based entrepreneur, Amin Andy Lakha spent the first part of his career immersed in Chicago’s music scene. After completing his financial studies at the University of Illinois, Amin Andy Lakha established LIP Productions in 1988 and led the firm until 1992. During this time, he worked with local and visiting artists, promoted concerts, and coordinated with other promotional entities in the industry.
He subsequently shifted his focus toward real estate and property management. He became the president of Puget Sound Stations in 1991 and oversaw the construction of 21 gas stations, convenience stores, and restaurants across the Pacific Northwest.
Today, he maintains two businesses in the real estate and property management sectors. As the president of Premier Center Management, he is responsible for over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate. As the CEO of Lakha Investments, he handles a diverse portfolio of acquisitions in the real estate and financial industries. Through Lakha Investments, he has been involved with the acquisition and development of more than 10 million square feet of commercial space and handled more than $1 billion in loan and equity transactions.
