How I Got Started
Adrienne Lally remembers her childhood as if it were yesterday. Gymnastics. The 45 minute drives to and from the gym each day was well worth the pursuit of her dream. Gymnastics was her core and she was on a team from the young age of 5, training and competing with other Olympic hopefuls and one Olympian, Dominique Dawes. “I loved gymnastics. I loved the hard work; I loved the sense of accomplishment after all the hours of practice paid off in a perfect performance. I have always been a perfectionist.” A stress fracture in Adrienne’s back ended her gymnastics career at the ripe age of 13, but that wasn’t enough to keep her out of the gym. She taught after-school classes and coached for 8 years after that. To keep it simple: from ages 4 to 20, gymnastics was Adrienne’s life.
A CHANGE OF PACE
When Adrienne decided that she was ready for a change, she packed her bags and moved from Silver Spring, Maryland, to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where she attended Florida Atlantic University. Before long, Adrienne had the desire to turn back to her roots: physical fitness. She won several races as well as fitness competitions. Once again Adrienne wanted a change and, leaving life as she knew it behind, she joined the Army. She went off to basic training and she got a job as a 98c Early Warning Signals Analyst. She also went to airborne school where she earned her “wings”. That’s when she landed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, where she met her husband, Chad. They got married on their surfboards at Ala Moana Beach Park next to Magic Island. Now they have three beautiful children, Aidan, 7, Nadia, 4, and Chad Jr., 1.
FULL CIRCLE
When Adrienne decided to try her hand at real estate, it was a natural transition for her. Her mother has been a RE/MAX agent since 1985 and, if Adrienne wasn’t tumbling around in a gym, she was stuffing envelopes or helping with an open house. All the time that Adrienne spent training in the gym has now come full circle. She applies the same teamwork skills, dedication, and hard work to every one of her real estate transactions. With a buyer specialist, marketing director, listing/short sale specialist, and a listing manager working by Adrienne’s side, you can be confidant that, when you choose Adrienne to represent you, you not only have a fantastic, top-producing agent, you gain an entire team: an abundance of resources with many years of experience combined.
As a former soldier and now a military spouse, it’s only natural that military relocation is one of Adrienne’s specialties. Most team members also have some attachment to the military.
