| I just checked out the SB affiliate program page, and am a bit confused. Am I to understand that there is a $199 fee for joining the affiliate program as an affiliate, and another fee as well? |
| If this is correct, what is the point/purpose of charging those who promote your company? I do it right now for free, granted I get nothing in return when I refer new members. That said, I don't see how charging your affiliates just for joining the program encourages participation.
I've never before heard of an affiliate program that cost the affiliates anything to join, much less several hundred dollars.
If I am mistaken, please clarify. If I am not mistaken, please explain the rationale behind this decision, because I'd love to know in the event I'm missing something or could gain some insight from the explanation. |
