In operation for three generations, the family-owned company Giannetti Contracting remains committed to delivering quality results on its underground construction projects. The company had its start in 1958 in Detroit, Michigan. After operating in Michigan for fifteen years, Giannetti Contracting expanded into Florida, where it continues its work today.
Giannetti Contracting has proven its expertise in various areas of construction, particularly the underground installation of pipe for utilities, as well as the excavation of building sites. These private and public sector projects, which often have multi-million-dollar budgets, draw upon the company’s focus on the latest technology and its pool of talented engineers and laborers, all of which work together to ensure each stage of the process unfolds as planned.
Giannetti Contracting has successfully completed scores of large and complex projects, oftentimes ahead of schedule. These have involved improvements to community sewer and drainage systems, including emergency repairs, as well as the replacement of water mains to improve access to water in areas of South Florida. The company has also executed paving improvements to neighborhoods as well as widened roadways, such as the South Pennock Lane-widening project, all of which improve the quality of life of an area’s residents.
