I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day Weekend! Now it’s time to get back to business! Storeboard is a great way to reconnect with your customers by building out your profile and sharing it with your customers.
1. Photos – Load up images of your business and your products and services. Think no one wants to see the new equipment you bought? Thing again! Think your customers are not interested in your new product line? They are! What better way to engage them than by snapping a few photos and uploading them today. Plant your image in their mind today and watch your phone ring.
2. Video – You can use an inexpensive video camera (under $129) or your computer to shoot a short video (it can be under 1 minute) and just say hello to your customers and talk briefly about what’s happening at your business. You can post your video to your Storeboard profile and then share it through e-mail or on any social network! Click Here to See A Video Of David Waller Shot This Morning.
3. E-mail – Send off an e-mail to your customers and tell them what’s new and happening at your business. Then convert it to a blog and post it on Storeboard. You can then easily share your blog on all of your social networks by using the share buttons.
4. Coupon – Create a coupon on Storeboard and then share the coupon with your customers. Coupons, like all of the media on Storeboard, have their own URL once they are created and can be sent by e-mail or shared on any social network including Twitter or Facebook. A coupon gets your customer thinking about your product or service and whether he can take advantage of your promotion.
5. Telephone – Yes that’s right – pick up the phone and call your top 5 customers. Say hello and ask how they are. Tell them you are thinking of them and that you are always looking for ways to help. They will appreciate the fact that you took the time to call them and say hello. Watch for some referrals and new work to roll in shortly thereafter!
