Franchising is a business expansion model that has its fair share of advocates and detractors. This is also a business strategy employed by entrepreneurs in Malaysia, something that has been known to produce good results. That explains why some business owners, in their desire to expand their business, turn to franchising. But here is a catch: not all businesses can be franchised. If you conduct a telemarketing survey, you might uncover details that can derail your franchise plans (including your lead generation attempts to find franchisees). There are some things you need to consider.
One, is there an increasing demand for your service? If it is a yes, then you know that there is a chance for franchising. If the answer is a no, you might want to wait and nee before taking the first step.
Second, who are you competitors? Knowing who you will face in the market will help you determine how to best differentiate your business from them. It is not easy to generate B2B leads if you do not know what the other side is offering to your prospects.
Third, is your business appealing to your prospects? This is important to know, one that can be best gleaned from an appointment setting campaign, since you will try convincing prospects to do business with you.
Lastly, will your business work for all those interested? You have to screen your business leads, as well as those expressing interest. Remember, you need to protect and uphold your brand. If you allow just about anyone to represent your business, you might create problems for yourself in the future.
Consider these points well, so that your franchise attempts in Malaysia can proceed well.
