| How We Got Started |
| I joined Avon on a whim and I am so glad that I did. I had more time on my hands than I knew what to do with after going from working full time to working part time. I decided to do something a little different than what I was used to doing which was working in an office environment. I chose Avon because it's a company that has been around for a very long time (my grandmother used Avon products) and everyone I spoke with seemed to really like the products. |

| Favorite Part of the Business |
| My favorite part of being an Avon Independent Representative came when I went into Avon's leadership program. I started appointing and mentoring new Representatives and I really enjoyed it because I was helping others build their business and earn extra income. Some of my Representatives have been very successful with their Avon business and have joined the leadership program as well. |
