| How I Got Started |
| I worked in Corporate America for over 20 years. Although I had a successful career, I always knew there was more to life. From my earliest recollection, I pictured myself as an entrepreneur. I honed my skills and made significant contributions which led to my promotion as lead on the largest account in the organization. In 2004, my passion for starting my own business re-emerged. Struggling with the decision to stay with the company or branch out on my own, I consulted her sister, who had the following advice: “Leap and the Net Will Appear.”
I took the ‘Leap’ and never looked back. Since that time, I have been designing my work, living my dream and helping others to expand into their greatness. I took the most desirable attributes of my past positions and designed a business that I am passionate about. Now I coach and train busy professionals and business owners; helping them to find their purpose, overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs, market their mission, promote their products and sell more services. I am a Certified Professional Coach, a seminar leader and facilitator, as well as, a keynote speaker. I have authored several books including: Keys to the Kingdom: A Manual for Success in Today’s World, Purpose Quest, and Purpose Guide. Andrea has made numerous guest appearances on radio and television programs discussing leadership development and performance.
I admit, “It’s not always easy but it’s always simple. If you do what you are called to do, you will be blessed immeasurably.” That has been Andrea’s experience. I believe God’s Word, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” I have been blessed with a business that gives me freedom, flexibility and favor.
